Is something I never got so much joy out of saying until the first edition of the home matcha café back in July at Silk House.
Owning my own café has been a dream of mine ever since specialty coffee became a thing. Hosting these matcha meet-ups and pop-ups is my way of making that dream a reality! 💚
I’ve been into matcha for a decade now, and I’m beyond excited to bring fellow matcha lovers together to celebrate its rich heritage. Each home matcha café event will feature unique aesthetic tablescapes, custom-designed posters, and a curated menu, so every meet-up will be a one-of-a-kind gathering. 🌟
Together with awesome brands and spaces here in Netherlands I'm bringing my vision into a reality and I'm excited for you to experience it!

Join Us: Due to popular demand (& we sold out previous edition in 3+ hours 🤯), we're bringing back the cutest "Paint Your Own Matcha Bowl/Chawan" workshop in collaboration with Mato Ceramics & Silk Huis 💚✨
On a peaceful Sunday morning you'll be sipping on high quality matcha, vibing in a sunlit studio, and painting your own matcha bowl to (eventually) take it back home. It’s gonna be a chill, cozy time w/ matcha, creativity, and good company. 💕
We’ll be serving high quality matcha (3 ways as always!) and some delicious matcha bites to snack on. To make it even sweeter, there's a cute goodie bag waiting for you at the end. 🤭🎀💚

📩 Important: Please arrive between 10:15 - 10:30 🥺 We'll start the painting session at 10:30! Tickets are non-refundable, and you’re more than welcome to stay and chill until 13:00. Pickup Dates: Your matcha bowl/chawan will be fired and glazed, and you can pick it up at Spuistraat 56 in Amsterdam once it's all set. 🌿✨ It’s usually ready within a week. 🥳 Please DM @mato.ceramics to coordinate the date and time for pickup. 🌟
