When will my order be shipped? When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days and will be wrapped with love in a custom made tissue paper and sealed with a sticker.

How much is the shipping cost? How much is the shipping cost?

For orders within The Netherlands we offer a flat fee of€4,50. For international orders, the most accurate shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout based on the total order and your delivery address.

Yes we do! The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the items you order and your final destination.

Please note: Depending on your location, a customs duty fee may be applied in order to receive your order. the wild reverie. is not responsible for any customs duty fee.

If your order is delivered and you received a confirmation e-mail, please check the following steps before sending an e-mail:

* Check in with your neighbors if your order were delivered to their address

* Reach out to your local post office

* Contact us at hello@thewildreverie.com with your order number and we'll sort it out together

If your shipment is lost/stolen please report it within 7 days of the marked deliver date.

Please note: we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Do you accept returns? Do you accept returns?

Sorry, returns are not accepted. Therefore we encourage only ordering the handmade cards and custom paintings if your heart tells you to 100% go for it. You're free to always contact us at hello@thewildreverie.com if you need any assistance before making a choice.

How can I use a promo code? How can I use a promo code?

At the checkout process, simply type or paste the code in the box "Discount code or gift card" and then click "Apply." Only one promo code can be applied per order, and it cannot be combined with other offers or gift cards.
